The European Academy of Religion (EuARe) will hold its ninth annual conference in Rome from 30 June to 3 July 2026. This year’s meeting will be hosted by LUISS Guido Carli.
The conference will be held under the central theme “Religions and (In)Equalities” and will bring together researchers, lecturers, and experts from a wide range of fields within religious studies, the humanities, and the social sciences. The programme will include open and closed panels, book presentations in the Author Meets Critique format, and plenary lectures by distinguished international speakers.
The conference will be held exclusively in person, with no hybrid or online participation options available.
